The Park
The Park is primarily a residential area set in mid Cheltenham north of Leckhampton, West of the Bath Road, south of Suffolk Road/Andover Road and to the North of Shurdington Road. Central to the Park is the University of Gloucestershire with its various Campus buildings. The Business School is located on this campus providing education for business, management, law, marketing, computing, leisure, tourism and hospitality. The Park is the largest of the campuses and holds the most events.
The Park area is served by the many varied shops and amenities at Bath Road, one of the main reasons why so many choose to buy houses and flats in the area. It is also within striking distance of Cheltenham Spa Railway Station and to the M5 Motorway , approached via Lansdown Road.
